Recap:
Loki's dad, Odin, says his brother, Thor, can be king. Loki's jealous, plus Odin is not Loki's real dad, So Loki gets his real dad to kill Odin, but then he saves him. Thor's mad anyway, and they fight.
Cut to Earth: Loki steals the Tesseract from S.H.I.E.LD., helps the Chitauri invade Earth, The Avengers stop them, and Loki goes to jail. Until Thor needs him to help defeat the Dark Elves.
Next thing you know: Loki is king, but everyone thinks Loki's Odin. Thor and Loki's sister Hela shows up, cue another Thor and Loki team-up, and beat her.
Then Thanos shows up: they don't beat him, and Loki dies. Thanos kills half the universe, The Avengers go back in time to stop him, giving an earlier version of Loki, a chance to grab the Tesseract...
Thanos gets defeated, and the next thing you know, Loki got a job offer from some group that calls itself the TVA.
