Doctor Strange: Multiverse Of Madness Teaser Breakdown

 Recently Marvel decided to release the very first teaser from one of the most awaited movies of 2022 - Doctor Strange: Multiverse Of Madness. I have watched the teaser and I found some interesting details that everyone probably missed while watching the teaser.

Doctor Strange: Multiverse Of Madness is one of the movies I am waiting for. Because Doctor Strange & Wanda are one of my favorite characters of MCU. And I also love how Marvel shows us the magic color in a dark theme. We have seen the example of what I am saying in Wandavision, Loki, Shang-chi, Eternals, And now in Spider-man: No way home. It will be cool to see how Marvel will handle so much Magic.

People who have seen Spider-Man: No way home will know that the teaser was in the post-credit scene of the movie but we all were waiting for the teaser trailer to release on Youtube, So we can have a closer look at the details.

We have already seen Doctor Strange is dealing with some really big problems in the movie, the stakes are too high this time. We can see a whole reality shattering a part in the teaser.

We can also see Wanda in her garden which was pretty much expected. 

There are soo many details and Easter Eggs in one teaser and we will be looking at them one by one. Let's start with our first but the one everyone noticed.

1. Don't Cast That Spell

The trailer opens with the background voice of Wong and Doctor Strange. Where Wong tells Dr. Strange to not cast the spell and Doctor Strange talks about Multiverse. This is similar to what we have seen in Spider-Man: No Way Home.

2. Watch

We can see an amazing shot of Strange's watch which was broken in Doctor Strange's movie. The watch is symbolizing what is happening in the movie, Where time (and space) are fracturing and Doctor Strange looks at it like it was all his mistakes.

3. Decaying World

I am not sure is it our world or mirror dimension because it is already shattered apart. We have seen mirror dimension recently in Spider-man: No Way Home. Which was just a trailer of Multiverse saga, We can be ended with multiple worlds getting destroyed like what we have seen in What If - Episode Four.

4. Christine Palmer first look

Between all of the destruction, we get a shot of Dr. Christine Palmer's wedding It appears to not be her wedding to Stephen, though. It could be possible for her charter to play an important role in the movie in the emotional aspect.

5. America Chavez

In the teaser, we also get a first look at America Chavez. Even though she is a teenage girl but she will have a big impact in the movie and also in the future. She is one of the most powerful characters in MCU, She can open portals to the different universes in star shapes. Which we have seen in the teaser also.

6. CallBack To Wandavision

Marvel has already said that all of the Disney plus series will have an impact on MCU. Which we see in the teaser, The first thing Wanda does is apologize to Doctor Strange for Westview. But Doctor strange reply saying that He is not here for that, He asked her about her knowledge of the Multiverse. We have seen Wanda is studying the concept of Multiverse and Dark Dimension.

7. Nexus Of All Reality

I am not hundred percent sure but The door we see Doctor Strange, America, and An Unknown person open could finally be giving us a look at the Nexus of All Realities from the comics.

8. Karl Mordo

Finally, we get another return of a character from Doctor Strange's movie - Karl Mordo. This time with a more badass look, We can see him rocking in a gold and green outfit, which closely resembles Baron Mordo's look in the comics. 

In Doctor Strange's first movie, Karl Mordo decides to leave the master of the Mystic Arts for good after they defeated Kaecilius with the help of Dormammu. In the post-credits scene, Mordo also visited Jonathan Pangborn, stealing the magic that healed him, and Mordo declared he wanted to stop rogue sorcerers. 

9. Wanda's Outfit Change

You can notice slight changes in Wanda's Outfit from Wandavison we can see that more part of her body is covered and there are some too small design changes.

10. Chaos Magic

As I said before When Marvel wanted to show us a different form of magic they show it in different colors, At the end of the teaser we can see Doctor Strange performing magic in red color. Which is the color of Chaos Magic also known as the magic Wanda wields.

11. Dark Dimension magic

Doctor Strange appears to use his magic to create some... tentacles? Snakes? Something. I'm assuming this is him, once again, harnessing Dark Dimension magic.

12. Shuma-Gorath

Doctor Strange and America Chavez can be seen in the street fighting what appears to be Shuma-Gorath. In the comics, Shuma-Gorath is a mythical one-eyed, multiversal tentacle monster who often clashes with Doctor Strange in the comics.

13. Evil Doctor Strange

the teaser trailer ends with us coming face to face with another (probably evil) version of Doctor Strange, who we previously saw a version of in What If...? Episode 4.

In the comics, there is also The Necromancer, who is an evil version of Stephen from Counter-Earth. The Necromancer diverged from Stephen's path when he decided to kill Baron Mardo, and his adventures basically paralleled his Earth counterpart.
