Captain Steve Rogers in Marvel's upcoming series 'Loki' : Marvel Times

After the success of Marvel's disney+ series 'WandaVision' and 'The Falcon and The Winter Soldier' marvel is all set to release 'Loki'. Returning of Tom Hiddleston as Loki, the trailer and teasers are out, and also marvel uploading lots of one minute clips of the series. As lots of trailes and videos are out there are lots of fan theories are taking place and one of them involves Steve Rogers return as Captain America.

As we all know Loki escaped in Avengers: Endgame with tessaract, Loki series will explore new MCU timeline. After watching the trailer and tons of teaser it's confirmed that it's not only about one timeline the God of mischief did pretty well job in messing with timeline and in trailer he got arrested by Time Variance Authority for that and they had to fix it with Loki only. Also In 'Avengers: Endgame' Steve Rogers have responsibilities of giving back all the infinity stones and while returning the stones he goes through lots of different timelines.

Loki and the time cops interacting with Steve may be what convinces Steve to go back to the 40s and have the life he always wanted. In fact, the time cops may even be able to arrange for him to go into the past of his native timeline, thereby wrapping up a seeming plot hole in the end, which is how did Steve get to the present without the return pad, and the ambiguity of Peggy's life.

A similar situation was hinted at by the Avengers: Endgame directors, Joe and Anthony Russo back in 2019. In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Joe Russo said,

Loki, when he teleports away with the Time Stone, would create his own timeline. It gets very complicated, but it would be impossible for [Cap] to rectify the timeline unless he found Loki. The minute that Loki does something as dramatic as take the Space Stone, he creates a branched reality.

We’re dealing with this idea of multiverses and branched realities, so there are many realities.
